IT IS A VERY INSPIRING DAY THE FACT THIS IS THE LAST DAY OF OUR SEMINAR WORKSHOP. I AM VERY DELIGHTED BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO LEARN ABOUT THE MARVIN'S POWERPOINT PRESENTATION. I HAVE LEARNED THAT IT IS VERY STIMULATING IF THE LEARNERS SHOW THEIR INTEREST IN THE LESSON. iT IS A FACT THAT LEARNERS ARE ALREADY VERY EXPOSED TO COMPUTER. wHAT TRIGGERS THEM TO ENGGAGE IN THE TECHNOLOGY IS BECAUSE OF THE EYE CATCHING CLIPS WITH ANIMATIONS. THIS IS VERY TIMELY THAT I HAVE LEARNED ABOUT THE MARVINS PROGRAM SO THAT I T CAN BE INTEGRATED TO MY LESSON WHEREIN MY STUDENTS WILL ENJOY AND LEARN.

SESSION REFLECTIONS

Topic: DIGITAL PHOTO STORYTELLING

During today's lesson I learned about the Digital Photo Storytelling. I learned to import images, make some transitions and to make a story out of it.

There are many ideas that came to my mind, that this strategy is a very interesting one if this can be integrated to our lessons. The students will definitely enjoy the photos or images, the captions and the sounds. This can probably get the attention of the learners as if they are learning while watching.

Being a Biology teacher, it needs a lot of discussion, quite tiring in my part, but because of what I have learned from today's session, I will make this as part of my lesson. I can also use this for remedial classes, for my review session and i will make it a point that I'll share this to my students so that they can also learn how to make a creative digital photo storytelling...

I found out that this is somehow like a MOVIE MAKER. Having a background on it helped me cope right away to the topic. I have nothing to investigate, all I need to do is to improve my skill in this lesson. What a great experience!!!!

Day 1: The Unexpected Know - How In Advancement

How you live today, affects all of your tomorrows. Going to a new world is facing the journey that brings challenging life. This day training is a very tricky task simply because although i have already a little knowledge on the basic of computer , I have to admit that this can still be nourished and encouraged. The speaker said that we will not be focusing on technology but how the concepts can be integrated in the lesson. Right, quite challenging........ aha, I though that I dont have anymore time for texting and I am right! Mining the internet is no longer new to me but gosh!! my personal computer was not cooperating, it made my day exhausting.... The second challenge which is creating a thematic scavenger hunt was quite enjoyable. I learned about the hyperlink and my knowledge in the powerpoint presentation helped me a lot for a creative presentation. I appreciate the effort done by the trainer.
